As of now we do not provide any option for cancellation of products and/or services you have purchased or subscribed. Once a product/service has been purchased by you, we cannot provide any refund, either totally or partially. We suggest that first you go through the demos and/or free to use contents/products/services before you subscribe to or purchase from us.

PRODUCT TAKE-BACK & RECYCLING PROGRAM

DIGITAL PRINT SOLUTION India is offering an e-waste take-back & recycling service that adheres to the E-Waste (Management) Rules, 2016 issued by the Ministry of Environment and Forest, Government of India. To act responsibly towards the environment, we have pledged to recycle electronic items, such as Printing & Copying Machines that are intended to be discarded as waste by the consumer. When an electronic product reaches the end of its life, we take it back and recycle it. All DIGITAL PRINT SOLUTIONS India products are RoHS compliant.

We believe that saving the environment is a shared responsibility between us and our consumers. Our Product Take Back & Recycling Program is an e-waste management initiative towards reducing the environmental impact of our products. Join us as we venture to save the environment!

HOW DOES THE TAKE BACK PROGRAM WORK?

We have partnered with a Producer Responsible Organization (PRO) -R2 PRO Pvt. Ltd. (www.r2promise.com) registered with Central Pollution Control Board for our EPR-Implementation.

WHAT CAN I RECYCLE ?

Under E-Waste Management & Handling Rules 2016, we will accept and recycle all Printing & Copying Machinessold in India, irrespective of their brand. Notwithstanding anything contained herein DIGITAL PRINT SOLUTION India , its Affiliates’ or its agents and representatives are not responsible for the breach or loss of any of your data.

PAYMENT RECYCLING OF EWAste

Consumers do not have to pay any fee to recycle products sold in India.

WILL I GET ANY MONETARY BENEFIT/DISCOUNT BY GIVING BACK THE UNUSED PRODUCTS IN THIS TAKEBACK AND RECYCLING PROGRAM?
